Manufacturing process of metal wound gaskets

I have watched videos on the production of metal wound gaskets, including videos showing the manufacturing process of such gaskets by domestic manufacturers as well as by the high-end manufacturers in the United States like FLEXISEAL. One of the biggest differences is that the automation level of gasket production in China is low; both the internal and external solder joints are welded manually, resulting in uneven solder joints. The solder joints for foreigners are created automatically by a preset program, with each joint being in its intended position. Furthermore, in the domestic market, aside from a few one or two gasket manufacturers whose products are of good quality, those of most others are simply unsatisfactory – they can only be used as a makeshift solution. Why? For example, for a PN40 DN50 gasket, the vast majority of manufacturers in China can only ensure that its shape meets the requirements, with virtually no quality inspection methods available.
