Recently, LANSI Heavy Equipment has successively completed the construction of 5 reactors manufactured for Junheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in Henan Province (referred to as “Junheng Bio”) as part of its project to produce sustainable aviation fuel from 1 million tons of waste oils per year, and these reactors are about to be delivered. This project is the largest sustainable aviation fuel production facility of its kind in the country. Using waste oils as raw materials, and through independently developed hydrogenation-deoxygenation plus hydrogenation modification technologies, it achieves a technological breakthrough in converting such waste oils into aviation kerosene; it is a **-level green and low-carbon demonstration project. The 5 reactors in the project commissioned by LANSHI Heavy Equipment feature thick wall thicknesses, large weights, and complex structures. Among them, the full-mixing hydrogenation reactor has a plate-forged structure; its maximum diameter is 5.6 meters, its length is nearly 80 meters, and its weight is 1,150 tons. The manufacturing process requires high technical standards and presents significant construction challenges, so production is carried out through a method of segmental fabrication in the factory followed by welding and final assembly at the project site. The sales branch of Lanshi Heavy Equipment, in close coordination with its refining and chemical processing branches as well as the Qingdao branch, focuses on the scheduled deadlines, formulates detailed construction plans, arranges production tasks in a scientific manner, coordinates all available resources, and makes every effort to advance the production of products. The production workshop, in collaboration with the technical department, analyzes in advance the challenges associated with key processes such as welding, and develops targeted solutions to ensure that equipment performance and manufacturing quality meet all requirements. The refining and chemical processing branch has worked hard to overcome challenges and accelerate progress, working together to ensure on-time delivery. The hydrogenation pretreatment reactors, hydrogenation refining reactors, isomerization dewaxing reactors, and additional refining reactors that were under construction have all been completed and are being shipped out one after another. The Qingdao factory focuses on the on-site manufacturing of oversized equipment, optimizes production organization processes, strengthens safety and quality control, and advances product manufacturing with high standards and efficiency. The fully mixed hydrogenation reactor under production is now in the final stages of completion. These reactors provided reliable equipment support for the construction of the Junheng Biotech project.
