How to replace the filter material of electroplating tank filter: 1. Before replacing the filter material, the power supply must be cut off to stop the pump, and gloves, masks, etc. must be worn. 2. As shown in the figure below: The red upper cover handle is rotated clockwise to lock, and in the opposite direction to remove. When replacing the filter media, please turn each red upper cover handle counterclockwise until it is loose when disassembling. 3. Before opening the upper cover, please open the exhaust valve first to allow air to enter the main barrel. The liquid in the barrel flows into the aqueduct through the filter material. After 3 minutes, close the filter outlet ball valve. At this time, there is residual liquid at the bottom of the filter cartridge of the electroplating tank filter. You must open the drain valve to drain the residual liquid into an external bucket, settle it, and then filter again. 4. After opening the upper cover, rotate the center column fixing nut counterclockwise and remove the center column fixing nut. 5. After removing the center column fixing nut, lift the pressure plate upward to remove the pressure plate. 6. The filter material of the electroplating tank filter can be removed smoothly. The strap on the filter bag seal can be removed and the filter material parts can be taken out separately. 7. The filter material is composed of a filter element and a filter tube, a spring pad on the filter element, and a filter bag pad on the filter core. They can be disassembled after taking them out. Clean or replace the filter bag and filter element. Reinstall them according to the above disassembly method. Lock the center column fixing nut and close the upper cover to continue operation. 8. The replacement of filter media for carambola type, CP filter bag type and filter core screw type is basically the same as the above process.
