When using plastic flexible chains, one factor to consider is the manufacturing material and process used in their production; another important factor is proper cleaning and maintenance. During use, pay attention to cleaning any debris from the upper and lower surfaces of the conveyor chain to prevent abnormalities in the conveying process, and to avoid breaking or damaging the plastic flexible chain. Adjust the conveyor chain plates according to the material being conveyed, check whether the wear-resistant strips are installed correctly, and proper maintenance and cleaning can also help extend the service life of plastic flexible chains.
