The 63-tooth sprocket chain is a member of the larger family of sprocket chains, and it represents a type of transmission chain. Like most sprocket chains, it boasts various advantages such as low noise levels, high reliability, and excellent motion precision. By using this sprocket chain in conveyors, it is possible to achieve transportation through turns and at various angles; it can handle both turning movements and uphill transport with ease. It is an ideal and convenient solution for automated production lines. The 63-tooth chain features durability, resistance to deformation, non-magnetism, antistatic properties, long-lasting wear resistance, good dimensional stability, low creep, heat resistance without deformation, high impact toughness, permanent resistance to acids and alkalis, heat tolerance, high tensile strength, and a long service life. Material of the 63-tooth chain: POM, white; the pins are made of stainless steel. Operating temperature range for this chain: -40 to 90°C. Speed: 80 meters per minute when using lubricant, 50 meters per minute when using a dryer. Working load: 2100 N. Maximum conveying length: 12 meters. The minimum radius for this chain is R150; the minimum radius for the 103/146-tooth chains is R250. These chains can be adjusted in size as needed, allowing for easy operation. They can be used in various conveying methods such as supporting, pushing, hanging, or clamping, and can be utilized for functions like material collection, diversion, sorting, and recombination. Various pneumatic, electric, and mechanical control devices can be added to them, and production lines of different types can be created to meet the specific requirements of users.
