Our company often installs coating production lines, and we would appreciate some suggestions regarding pumps for transporting raw materials: 1. For paraffin transportation, we have used insulated gear pumps and screw pumps; 2. For solvent oils, shielded pumps and hose pumps are used; 3. For polyethers, insulated gear pumps and screw pumps are employed; 4. For IDI/MDI, shielded pumps, hose pumps, and gear pumps are used; 5. For water-based emulsions, diaphragm pumps and hose pumps are used； The results aren’t very good. Please provide some guidance and suggest what kind of pump would be suitable
There’s no problem with the choice of pumps, but their performance isn’t very good; the reasons for this need to be analyzed, as it’s not possible to generalize. Judging from these pump types, they’re probably not small businesses.

It is necessary to analyze the reasons for this; it would be best to have photos of their use in the actual setting, and the analysis should take into account factors such as installation, piping, and liquid level. Thus, the source of the problem can be identified or a more suitable pump can be selected.
