Do manufacturers of end caps for pressure vessels still need a license to manufacture special equipment?

The catalog of special equipment no longer includes end caps; the certificate obtained by Baoding End Cap Factory is from the Chemical Equipment Center Station, while the inspection certificate issued by Baoding Special Equipment Inspection Institute is based on commissioned inspection.

The industry is no longer in production, but the end caps are the main components that bear pressure in pressure vessels; stamping is involved in their manufacturing process, and they require close attention during use and inspection.
Since pressure vessels are no longer listed in the catalog of special equipment, a manufacturing license is no longer required. Those that previously had such licenses do not need to renew them after their expiration. For pressure vessels without seams, only a product certification is needed; for those with seams, they must undergo supervision and inspection by the local special equipment inspection agency before they can be released for use.
