What is the significance of using a pour point tester according to GB/T3535-2006? (1) For oils containing wax, it can serve as an indicator for estimating the amount of wax present in those oils. (2) Used to indicate the grade of insulating oil. (3) Given the specific conditions in our country, for electrical equipment, transformer oil grade 10 is generally used in areas south of the Yangtze River basin ； North of the Yangtze River and within Shanhaiguan, transformer oil grade 25 is commonly used ； In the Northeast region, transformer oil grade 25 can be used, but grade 45 is also employed in some cases ； Circuit breakers generally use transformer oil grade 45. If the transformer oil loses its fluidity due to excessively low ambient temperatures, it cannot be put into use immediately; otherwise, excessive heat will accumulate inside the transformer, threatening the safe operation of the equipment ； If the circuit breaker loses its fluidity, it will result in a slow tripping action of the circuit breaker; the arc cannot be extinguished in time, causing the contact points to melt and leading to equipment damage. During operation, the temperature of turbine oil is always above 40 degrees Celsius, and under normal circumstances this is considered safe. However, if the machine is shut down during winter (in cold regions), the turbine oil may lose its fluidity, which can easily cause damage to the main shaft when the turbine is started; therefore, **the standard specifies a temperature below -7 degrees Celsius.
