A roller conveyor is a continuous conveying device that features several rollers arranged between two side frames. Conveyor belts are primarily used to transport items with a regular shape or a flat bottom, such as boxed containers and pallets. A roller conveyor is mainly composed of a frame, rollers, a driving mechanism, and accessories. Among these, the rollers are one of the essential components. How are rollers typically fixed to the frame? The shaft mounting types available include: spring-pressed type, internal toothed shaft type, external threaded type, fully flat tenon type, and shaft with split pin holes type ; 1. As the name implies, the spring-press type drum uses a spring-press mechanism to secure the shaft connection, offering the advantages of flexible drum operation and wide applicability. 2. The internal tooth shaft-type drum uses a connection method with internal threads at both ends of the shaft, offering advantages such as stable operation and easy installation. 3. The fully flat-tenon type drum features flat tenons at both ends of the shaft, offering easy installation and flexible rotation. 4. The drum with shaft pin holes uses a connection method based on shaft holes and pins, offering good load-bearing capacity and low noise levels. 5. The spring-pressed drum is pressed in by the force of springs, with an additional pressure-regulating device added.
