Solutions for dealing with mechanical impurities in lubricating oil: Different equipment is equipped with different lubricating oil systems; some of these systems are larger while others are smaller. Regardless of their size, lubricating oil systems generally consist of components such as oil tanks, oil pumps, oil coolers, and filters, as well as valves, pipes, and instruments. These components are connected to various lubrication points within the machine itself—such as bearing shells, bearing housings, and the oil holes and channels in the crankcase—through pipes, thus forming a relatively complex lubricating oil system. New equipment: When installing the lubricating oil pipeline system, it is necessary to keep the inside of the pipes clean, but that is not enough; the lubricating oil system of the unit should also be flushed through oil circulation. If the oil system is not clean and there is dirt inside the pipes, it will affect the proper operation of the unit; in severe cases, it can even damage the bearing shells. Therefore, oil circulation for flushing ensures the long-term stable operation of the unit. Equipment used for extended periods: Equipment that is in use for a long time often accumulates impurities. To address this, flushing oil is generally used to clean the interior of the equipment, until the impurities contained in the flushing oil meet the specified standards; thereafter, the flushing oil must be discarded or reused for another purpose. If these flushing oils are to be used, corresponding oil analysis tests must be conducted; they can only be used once their cleanliness meets certain standards. Moreover, enhanced filtering is required before and during use to ensure the quality of the oil.
