1. The same section of the conveyor belt is drifting. Cause: 1. The conveyor belt joints are not properly connected. 2. Wear at the edges of the conveyor belt, with deformation after absorbing moisture. 3. The conveyor belt body is bent. Remedial measures: 1. Reconnect; 2. Repair any damaged areas promptly; 3. Use self-aligning idlers to correct alignment or cut the bent sections and reconnect them. II. Deviation of the conveyor belt under load: Causes: 1. The material is biased to one side under load (fed from only one side). 2. The diameter of the material being transported is too large compared to the width of the conveyor belt. Exclusion measures: 1. Adjust the placement of the discharge troughs so that the conveyor belt focuses on central material reception; crush the materials being transported or change the width of the conveyor belt.
