The frame of the waste material chain conveyor is entirely fabricated by welding standard national specification channel steel. The effective conveying width of the waste material conveying chain plates ranges from 400 to 1800 mm, with the pitch available in options of 63.5 to 250 mm. These chain plates are formed through stamping and have their surfaces galvanized. The rollers used in the conveying chain are specially designed to ensure smooth operation of the chain plates along the guide rails without any wobbling. Such chain plates feature a large conveying capacity, strong impact resistance, and high load-bearing capacity. They are typically used together with pit-type material chutes to form steel plate belt conveyors in pits, serving as the primary equipment for transporting waste materials. It is used for feeding and conveying in the waste incineration industry, paper pulping, or machine opening (disassembly), with the conveying angle being determined based on the type of material being conveyed. 1. The conveying surface of the waste chain conveyor is flat and smooth, resulting in low friction; thus, the transfer of materials along the conveyor line is smooth. It can transport various types of glass bottles, PET bottles, aluminum cans, and other such materials, as well as various kinds of boxes and bags. Waste chain conveyor belts can generally be washed directly with water or immersed in water directly. The waste chain conveyor can meet the requirements for single-row conveying in equipment such as beverage labeling, filling, and cleaning. It can also convert a single row into multiple rows and reduce the conveying speed, thereby creating a storage volume that meets the high-volume feeding needs of sterilizers, bottle storage tables, and bottle cooling machines. We can design the heads and tails of the two chain conveyor belts to form an overlapping mixed chain, thereby keeping the bottles (jars) in a state of continuous movement and preventing them from staying stuck on the conveyor line. This approach allows for the transport of empty and filled bottles under pressurized as well as non-pressurized conditions.
