Before operating the belt conveyor, it is first necessary to ensure that the conveyor equipment, the personnel, and the items to be transported are all in a safe and intact condition; Next, check that all moving parts are in good condition, and verify that all electrical circuits are functioning properly; only then can the belt conveyor be put into operation. Finally, check that the difference between the supply voltage and the device’s rated voltage does not exceed ±5%. The specific operation of the belt conveyor is as follows: 1. Turn on the main power switch, and check whether power is being supplied to the equipment properly and whether the power indicator light is on. Proceed to the next step after it returns to normal. 2. Turn off the power switches for each circuit and check if everything is working properly. Under normal conditions: the equipment does not operate, the indicator light for the conveyor belt is off, the power indicator lights of devices such as the frequency converter are on, and the display panel of the frequency converter shows normal readings. 3. Start each electrical device in sequence according to the process flow; start the next electrical device only after the previous one has started properly. 4. During the operation of the belt conveyor, it is necessary to comply with the specifications for the items being transported as defined in their design, as well as to respect the conveying capacity of the belt conveyor. Secondly, it is important to ensure that personnel of all types do not touch the moving parts of the belt conveyor, and that untrained individuals do not handle electrical components or control buttons without permission. Finally, during the operation of the belt conveyor, it is not allowed to disconnect the circuit downstream of the inverter; if maintenance is necessary, it must be carried out with the inverter stopped, otherwise the inverter may be damaged. 5. When the belt conveyor stops operating, press the stop button; the main power supply can be disconnected only after the entire system has stopped.
