Let’s enhance our awareness of quality and promote high-quality development. ----------------------------------------- On May 12, 2022, the activation reactor—the core component of the demonstration unit for activating catalyst fluidized beds under the Key Research and Development Program—manufactured by Kexin Machinery & Equipment, was successfully shipped. This reactor will be applied to the solid-fluidized bed activation demonstration project for coal-to-oil and gas production in Ningxia Coal Industry, to advance the localization of technology and equipment for coal-to-oil production in China. Since the 21st century, China’s modern coal chemical industry has developed rapidly, making significant progress in ensuring **energy strategic security and the clean conversion of coal. However, it still faces various pressures in terms of resources and the environment. How to address these problems has become an important area of research and development, and there is growing emphasis on using new technologies, including reactor technology, to solve the key technical issues in current coal chemical processes. Leveraging the new catalyst fluidized bed activation technology independently developed by **Energy Group, Kexin Electromechanical has successfully manufactured the activation reactor, which is the core equipment for this technology; it will be demonstrated and applied in coal-to-oil catalyst activation units. Since taking on this task, the various departments of the company have worked efficiently and in close cooperation. With the guidance provided on numerous occasions by leaders and experts from the client, the general contractor, and the design team, they overcame numerous difficulties. After more than half a year of hard work, the product was manufactured, passed the joint inspection, and received high praise. Over the years, Kexin Mechanical & Electrical has focused intensely on the field of high-end chemical processing equipment, particularly coal chemical processing equipment. It has been committed to technological innovation and the continuous transformation of scientific achievements, thereby laying a solid foundation for the successful manufacturing of reactive reactors.
