Methanol seriously corrodes 304 tanks

Who knows why this is? I’ll post a picture later, and someone can help me figure it out.
Only the bottom and the first section of the entire tank were corroded, and there was nothing wrong with the last two sections.
Is there water at the bottom of the methanol tank? It was not drained cleanly during the water pressure test, and the water contained high CL ions.
What is the reason on the side? There is only a little water residue after cleaning and replacement.
Is there any other reason? Everything was cleaned during the water pressure test.
Test the methanol index to see if some ions exceed the standard, such as chloride ion
