The by-product of our company’s products is a certain acid, which is concentrated to 50% using water, giving it a specific gravity of 1.5. Previously, manual measurements were used, which led to errors. I need an online measuring device that is corrosion-resistant.
What kind of acid is it? It’s hard to answer this; if I must give a recommendation, I would suggest purchasing a certain material from a certain company.
Is a certain acid volatile? Is explosion protection required on-site? Can it be drained? We have a float-type online density meter that is widely used in the electronic etching industry; we’re not sure whether it would be suitable for your application.
