Anti-corrosion in storage tanks containing phenolic media

Several storage tanks are being designed to hold coal tar, with a phenol content in the medium ranging from 11% to 20%. The design temperature is 200 degrees, and carbon steel is intended to be used with an anti-corrosion coating applied on its surface. Which type of anti-corrosion coating would be suitable?
There are few anti-corrosion coatings that can withstand 200 degrees Celsius; the maximum temperature limits for vinyl resins and phenolic epoxy resins apply here. Unless polytetrafluoroethylene is used, I’m not sure what the size of your storage tank is
When applying sprayed polytetrafluoroethylene, it depends on the size of the storage tank; if the tank is large, there may not be a furnace big enough to carry out the spraying process
This needs to be made of stainless steel; at 200°C, the coating will fail.
The storage tanks are quite large; they come in capacities of 1000 liters, 3000 liters, and 5000 liters
