On-site rubber lining and anti-corrosion repair of equipment

On-site rubber repair solves any problems related to anti-corrosion lining for large-scale equipment, with a temperature tolerance of -50～130℃. Traditional rubber linings are often constrained by the volume of the vulcanization tank and the manufacturing processes. In particular, rigid rubber linings have poor dynamic properties; as a result, when the container expands or contracts due to temperature changes, or is deformed due to collisions, cracks, breaks, and detachment of the lining can occur, leading to corrosion damage. Our company uses pre-vulcanized butyl (composite) rubber sheet linings to fundamentally solve this problem. These linings are suitable for emergency repairs of rubber-lined equipment that has suffered partial damage or corrosion; repairs can be carried out at the site of the equipment in the shortest possible time, without the need to disassemble it. The equipment remains in perfect condition after repair, making this method time-saving, labor-saving, and safe and reliable.
