Anodic protection issues

I would like to ask everyone: for buried process pipelines with sleeves, should the sleeve and the process pipeline each be protected by a sacrificial anode, or should they both be protected together? Thank you
What are the types and uses of sleeves? ~~Is it a \"jacketed tube\"?
My construction sequence here is to lay the pipes first and then carry out work on the ground surface; therefore, I’m concerned that heavy equipment might damage the pipes during the groundwork, so I’ve added a sleeve to provide protection
Protective sleeves generally do not require protection, while process sleeves (jacketed sleeves) should be protected
A metal casing is not necessarily required; a concrete casing can be used instead
