Issues with the expansion tank for regular blowdown in 4-ton steam boilers

Is it necessary to install a blowdown expansion vessel for a 4-ton boiler? If there are regulations, what size is appropriate to set? Please share your valuable suggestions; thank you!
It can be connected directly to the sewage cooling tank; 0.8 m3 should be sufficient if one is needed.
Generally, the drainage volume for regular and continuous drainage in steam boilers is controlled to be no more than 5% of the steam generation volume; therefore, the drainage volume in your case should not exceed 0.2 tons per hour, or 0.2 m³/h. The drainage tank requires gas-liquid separation, and based on a 1/3 design factor, the size of the drainage tank should be at least 0.6 m³.
