Defects can occur due to various factors, such as improper storage conditions or excessive storage time. Another example includes unreasonable formula design, inappropriate selection of raw materials, and problems with the manufacturing process. 2. Painting process factors: When the factors related to inorganic zinc-rich primers and the substrate can be controlled and eliminated, defects usually arise from unreasonable painting design or inadequate implementation. The painting process here includes the specific steps involved in painting, the methods used with various tools, and especially whether processes such as drying and sanding are carried out properly. 3.
