The main function is to use the flue gas heat generated by the heating furnace to heat the cold air, and the heated hot air supports combustion of the heating furnace and improves the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace. However, there is a problem that the surface of the heat pipe is easy to accumulate dust and smoke corrosion, which is not easy to solve.
The fins are arranged parallel to the flue gas, making it less likely to accumulate dust and dirt.； The bare pipe part is sheathed to reduce flue gas erosion. Corrosion problems are difficult to cure, and the economizer generally needs to be replaced every 4-6 years.
The fins should be spaced wider, or a soot blower should be installed, or a rotary air heater should be used
