Combined with the application background of neutral medium in reactors mentioned earlier, the corrosion inhibitors commonly used in reactors are mainly divided into the following categories:: 1. Reducing inorganic corrosion inhibitor hydrazine (hydrazine): It has good thermal stability in high-temperature water environments of 200-285°C. It can remove oxygen, hydrogen peroxide and other oxidizing substances produced by water radiolysis, and effectively inhibit the corrosion of carbon steel, stainless steel and other reactor structural materials. Ammonia (ammonium hydroxide): The pH of the medium can be adjusted to neutral to alkaline, and at the same time, it serves as a liquid reducing substance to reduce the risk of corrosion caused by an oxidizing environment and adapt to the requirements of primary loop working conditions. Hydroxylamine: It is a liquid-phase reducing corrosion inhibitor that can efficiently consume oxidative products in water and has excellent corrosion control effect on metal materials commonly used in reactors under 90°C operating conditions. 2. Special nuclear grade composite corrosion inhibitor ZH 251 YL scale and corrosion inhibitor: It is specially designed for the secondary circulation cooling water system of nuclear reactors. It does not contain chromium, phosphorus, zinc and nitrite. It can stably exert corrosion and scale inhibition under the conditions of high hardness, high concentration ratio and pH>8.5. It can also be adapted to other industrial circulating water systems. Silicate corrosion inhibitor: It is mostly used in the emergency diesel engine cooling system of nuclear power plants. It is non-toxic and cheap. It suppresses the anode reaction by forming a dense gel layer on the metal surface and meets the corrosion protection needs of neutral water environments. 3. Working condition adapted corrosion inhibitor phosphoric acid: It is an effective corrosion inhibitor for aluminum and aluminum alloy cladding materials in high-temperature water environments, and is suitable for corrosion protection scenarios of low-temperature reactor component cladding. Imidazoline type corrosion inhibitor: For example, the BWF-XH353 model has high temperature resistance and excellent corrosion inhibition effect. It can be used in the pickling and anti-corrosion process of reactor-related equipment to inhibit the corrosion of metal substrates by acid liquid.
