What are the considerations for selecting and using lining equipment? There are several common processes for lining with plastic: sheet lining, roll coating, and spray coating. Each process is suitable for different operating conditions. The plate is lined with welds, which are weak points. The coating should not be too thick, as a thinner layer allows for better penetration if it is in the gas phase. I often hear from customers about issues such as bubbling and leakage... What problems have you encountered during use? Please briefly describe the operating conditions and the problems that arose, so that we can use this information to choose appropriate anti-corrosion solutions in the future. Discussions are welcome
Just one thing: when using plate linings, be aware that they perform poorly in negative pressure conditions and have weak vacuum resistance. . .

Follow-up question: What if there is negative pressure?
This post was last edited by qldch2306 on 2020-11-25 08:25: The lining-loosening method is not applicable in negative-pressure conditions! A tight fitting process has always been required; the adhesive is quite critical, and attention must be paid to the details of the processing. There is a patented technology – a PTFE-lined steel reactor resistant to negative pressure, which can be referenced
The plate gasket weld is a weak point and cannot withstand very high temperatures. Spraying results in a layer that is too thin; it seems that the temperature resistance won’t be very high. Is rolling coating more likely to allow penetration?
It is reported that the tower sections with a diameter of 850 mm produced by Zhao Fulong for a certain factory were manufactured using bonding technology, under conditions of a temperature of 160°C and a vacuum level of 0.05 MaP. After one year of use, no problems have occurred. You can refer to relevant materials for guidance
