Such as the maintenance of old oil tanks and pipelines in the petrochemical system, and the maintenance of naval ships in flight, there are problems in this area. The reason is that after a period of use, the surface of the steel plate is severely corroded, and the maintenance work is often performed on site. In addition, the quality of the construction personnel and various other reasons result in the rust removal quality not meeting the technical requirements, and the anti-corrosion quality cannot be guaranteed. Some require moisture to cure into films, while others cannot allow moisture to exist. In the field of anti-corrosion, moisture is one of the main causes of steel corrosion. Therefore, in order to have better anti-corrosion quality, dehumidification is also a very important task, which leads to the problem of wet coating. Therefore, rust coating, oil coating, and wet coating are the three main problems existing in low surface treatment at present.
