1 Preliminary work 1.1 Surface treatment: Set up scaffolding and install a crane; after a safety inspection, use an electric angle grinder to grind the concrete surface in order to remove the loose layer on it. Chisel away any cracked or loose concrete. Use a high-pressure water gun to spray and wash the surface of the pier column concrete, then allow it to dry naturally. The quality requirements are as follows: after flushing, the concrete surface must be clean, firm, and dense with no looseness; any local protrusions on the concrete surface must be smoothed before moving on to the next stage of work. 1.2 Perform surface rust removal on the exposed rebar and steel sections, and apply two coats of epoxy resin anti-rust primer. 1.3 For large local depressions, holes, and cracks in concrete, acrylic latex cement mortar can be used for local repair, followed by applying acrylic latex cement putty; alternatively, an epoxy sealing primer can be applied first, after which epoxy putty can be used to fill in the areas. 2 Application of the sealing primer: The epoxy sealing primer is a two-component product; before use, the components A and B must be mixed together and stirred thoroughly before it can be applied. It is required that after application, the coating dries completely, leaving a dense layer of paint on the concrete surface. 3. Application of epoxy putty: Mix the component A and component B of the epoxy putty in the specified ratio until well blended, then apply a uniform layer and smooth the surface. After intermediate inspection, it proceeds to the next process. Application of epoxy thick-film intermediate coat: The epoxy thick-film intermediate coat is prepared by mixing the component A and component B in the specified ratio until well blended, after which it can be applied in two coats using brushing, rolling, or high-pressure airless spraying. Note: If glass fiber cloth is to be applied, the surface edges and burrs should first be removed, smoothed with sandpaper, and any loose dust eliminated. Then cut the fabric properly, leaving a overlap margin; apply paint while laying down the fabric, starting from the top and moving downward, pressing it firmly to remove all bubbles and ensuring no wrinkles. 5 Application of aliphatic polyurethane topcoat: After mixing the component A and component B in the specified ratio and ensuring a uniform mixture, the topcoat can be applied in two coats using brushing, rolling, or high-pressure airless spraying. 6 Quality Inspection: This project shall comply with the following specifications and standards: \"Technical Specifications for Corrosion Prevention of Concrete Structures in Port Projects\" JTJ275-2001, \"Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Anti-corrosion Works in Buildings\" GB50212-2002, and \"Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standards for Anti-corrosion Works in Buildings\" GB50224-95
