Ingredient preparation: Most products can be used directly after opening the container; it is normal for a crust to form on the surface after storage – simply remove the crust and then mix the ingredient for use ; Oil-based titanium nanopolymer coatings need to be mixed thoroughly, allowed to cure for the specified time before application. In low-temperature environments, the viscosity of coatings increases, so they need to be preheated in a sealed condition before use. II. Construction operation requirements: The construction methods include brushing, rolling, and spraying; any of these can be used. Ordinary air spray equipment is sufficient to meet the requirements, so the demands on equipment are low. Temperature and environmental requirements: The construction temperature range is wide; work can be carried out at temperatures between -15°C and 50°C. However, when using oil-based coatings for airless spraying below 1°C, dry spraying tends to occur. To avoid this issue, it is necessary to keep the spray gun as close as possible to the surface and spray vertically. Requirements for multi-layer application: The next coat can be applied only after the previous coat has fully dried and is no longer sticky to the touch. It is recommended that the directions of the two coats be crossed with each other to ensure a uniform and complete coating. III. Curing after application and subsequent treatment: Titanium nanopolymer coatings have a short curing time and fast film-forming speed. If a rigid protective layer is required later, clean sand can be scattered on the coating before it has fully cured; the rigid layer can then be applied after curing, which improves the adhesion.
