To address the problem that conventional coatings used on the outer walls of storage tanks require sandblasting for rust removal or detailed treatment of the metal surface. There is a highly weather-resistant polymer material that allows painting on metal surfaces without the need for sandblasting; simple treatment is sufficient to achieve St1 grade, meaning that surfaces with surface rust of less than 50 microns can be painted. In this way, dd reduces the costs of coating the metal surface and shortens the construction period.
