Heat exchange tubes, spacing tubes, baffle plates, anti-impact baffles! ! Too dense, dimensions not indicated, no physical object. Hey expert, how do I solve this?
It depends on the distance between the outlet and the tube sheet; the distance between the baffle plates is more or less like this. This is a quick method that does not involve flow rate calculations
Can you measure directly with the zoomed-in image? There are just a few main dimensions on the design diagram
It’s because the design drawings are unsatisfactory; how can construction take place without specific dimensions?
Usually, the enlarged view should include detailed dimensions; it’s impossible to do without them – how can anything be manufactured then?
