Regulations for Welding Quality Management: 1. Using electrode holders to store electrodes is prohibited; a fine of 100 yuan will be imposed each time this occurs. 2. If the electrode baking and distribution procedure is not followed properly, and electrodes are placed in the holders without being baked first, a fine of 100 yuan will be imposed each time such an incident is detected. 3. If there are more than two types of electrodes in one holder, a fine of 50 yuan will be imposed each time this is found. 4. If welders work without the required certificates or perform welding tasks beyond their authorized scope, a fine of 1,000 yuan will be imposed each time. 5. If TIG welding is not used as the base welding method as required for pipeline welding, a fine of 100 yuan will be imposed for each pipe joint. 6. In cases where preheating or post-heating is required, if these procedures are not carried out as specified, or if the temperature levels for preheating/post-heating are insufficient or the insulation measures are inadequate, a fine will be imposed. Stop welding work at that location; a fine of 150 yuan will be imposed for each occurrence. 7. If the weld seams at pipe ends or on pressure vessels are not marked after welding is completed, a fine of 50 yuan will be imposed each time. 8. If the slag and spatter from welding are not thoroughly removed, a fine of 100 yuan will be imposed for each instance found. 9. If the dimensions of various fillet welds and weld roots are insufficient, or if the weld seams have hollow centers, uneven thickness, undercuts, etc., a fine of 100 yuan will be imposed for each such issue found. 10. If the welds have poor shape, with defects such as pores, slag inclusions, weld bumps, undercuts, discontinuous weld metal, uneven weld width, non-linear weld seams, or inconsistent weld metal height, a fine of 100 yuan will be imposed for each such defect. 11. All of the above items represent common problems related to welding quality; for each item, the worker is first notified to make corrections, and a fine is imposed only if the corrections are not satisfactory.
