Hello everyone! I just started working at a design company in the polyester industry, and I don’t know what to do every day at work – I have no idea where to start How can I get started working quickly? I’d appreciate some advice
It’s just that they keep asking you to get familiar with things, while everyone else is very busy. It just feels like the training for new employees here is lacking. It seems this company doesn’t have a personnel department.
It seems like there’s a lot of coldness among colleagues; is it always like this in companies that deal with chemical engineering design, where people are afraid that others will steal their skills?
Often, once you start working, you have to figure out for yourself what you are capable of doing. Don’t wait around expecting things to be given to you. Discover it with your own eyes. Do whatever you can. Bless you.
There’s no such thing as a special technique; most techniques are available online. Do you think it’s some kind of patent or secret martial art technique? It has to do with the company culture and the people there. You’ve just arrived, and since others aren’t familiar with you, why should they be friendly to you?
Take the initiative to do more of what you can, such as fetching water and keeping things clean.
Just arrived? You need to be observant~ Go early in the morning and clean up. Say hello to everyone you meet. Ask people in the same field if there are any simple tasks, such as filling out forms or printing drawings, that you could help with. You’ll get used to it gradually; otherwise, as a newcomer, who would know you? Why would a stranger be friendly to you?
