EDR cannot determine the composition of cold and hot fluids when designing heat exchangers

ATETIME Wed Jul 19 22:39:20 2017: It was not possible to initialize the Aspen Properties Enterprise Database. The configuration file could not be found at D:\ProgramData\AspenTech\APED V8.4\config.aem. Please use the Aspen Properties Database Configuration Tester to diagnose and resolve this issue. When using EDR for heat exchanger design, errors related to the composition of hot and cold fluids occur; how can this be fixed? Thank you very much!
It seems that the database isn’t connected to Aspen Plus; it’s better to use the built-in BJAC options. If the property values of the materials provided by BJAC are inaccurate, it’s advisable to first run a simulation using Aspen Plus before entering those property values.
