A set of fixed supports is installed every 30 meters along the riser, with square compensators used for compensation. Simulate it with C2. It was found that the stress does not exceed the limit. Is it still necessary to use a spring hanger in this case?
A set of guides is installed at the 45DN position. Is there anything else to set?
Spring hangers can also serve a supporting function, which should be taken into consideration. One can think about the condition of the pipes before and after passing through the medium, as well as the extension length of the pipes.
Stress not exceeding limits is merely a basic requirement; pipeline design is not just about ensuring that there are no stress issues.
