Are there any experts who use PipePhase?

The computer runs on WIN10 Professional. It originally had PipePhase 9.5 installed, and it worked fine. A few days ago, I saw that there was a version 9.6 available online, so I downloaded it and tried to install it on the computer. Registration didn’t succeed, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled 9.5. However, after installing 9.5, it kept showing an error indicating that a license couldn’t be found; even specifying the location of the license didn’t help. Is there anyone who knows what’s going on here? How can this be solved? Thank you!
PipePhase is decent for pipeline networks, but it seems average for mixed transport as well
What software is good for mixed transportation? Please recommend some, thank you
