Seeking help with creating internal blocks in CAD

When drawing CAD assembly drawings, there are many graphic elements, and it is common to create separate blocks for individual parts or modules to facilitate modification and adjustment. I recently encountered a problem for which I have no solution; I hope someone who knows how to address it can help! The problem is as follows: When using the software’s internal block input shortcut key B, a graphic is selected and named ‘1’. If another block is created with the same name, i.e., also ‘1’, then the previously created block graphic is lost. How can this be resolved so that the graphics are not lost? Although setting different names can prevent this from happening, when there are many graphics, name repetitions are inevitable. If there is any solution, I truly hope to hear it!

Can image numbers be used to distinguish identical ones?
It’s of course no problem to ensure that names are not repeated; I’d like to see if there are any other ways people have found to solve this issue
