I encountered a really funny problem. When (NH4)2S2O8, peroxosulfate, is added to the components, there are no errors when running properties, but errors occur when running simulation. Note: 1. I only added persulfate AN to the components; no values of persulfate AN were added to any of the flow streams. 2. Most errors occur in the mixer or flow streams. 3. Errors are generally due to conservation issues or missing material properties. eg. ** ERROR WHILE GENERATING REPORT FOR STREAM: “MIX-03-1” FLASH CALCULATIONS BYPASSED DUE TO UNREASONABLE SPECIFICATIONS. I would like to put forward an idea here. Does anyone among the seniors know? Since my global setting is ELECNRTL, I need to change persulfuric acid an to its ionic form. For example, defining possible reaction formulas in the ELEC WIZARD. Question: If the process has already been completed, adding ionic compounds to the components seems to definitely lead to errors, right? Does anyone here understand this bug? How can we ensure that the input components don’t cause errors? Do we have to rebuild the entire process from scratch? (Because my process is too complicated; I don’t have the confidence or time to set it up again.) Thank you all, my friends~
