CII reports an error: the operating temperature is outside the material’s acceptable range

The steam pipeline has a maximum operating temperature of 214 degrees; the pipe material chosen is Q235B spiral-welded steel pipe (GB3091). The material specification provided by Yingtu is (529) Q235B (~16)-3091, and the stress specification used is B31.1. Why does it keep reporting that the operating temperature is outside the acceptable range for this material? Changing the temperature to 20 degrees doesn’t work either – what exactly is the problem?
