I don’t quite understand your request. Although I don’t have much knowledge of welding work, aren’t welding records updated in real time? For example, if a welder welds a certain joint today, the welder’s ID and the ID of that joint need to be entered in real time. What do you mean by automatic generation? Or you can clearly state the requirements; based on my understanding, it’s not difficult to create a so-called automatic recording system, and I can give it a try.

The guy didn’t understand; it means converting the database created through welding into the format required for the submission documents. Don’t copy and paste them one by one.
From what I understand, the completion documents for pipeline welding at Sinopec consist of just these three tables. I’m not sure about the process you use to prepare such documents; is there a single Excel sheet for welding data, and then do you copy and paste the data into the other three sheets for printing? Is this process time-consuming? I’m only interested in developing data-related applications; if you describe your requirements, I might happen to be able to create an app that meets them
For the first two welding record sheets, a single device can have over a hundred thousand welds; the database assigns one row per weld, and the resulting welding records amount to thousands of pages. I hope a version that can be developed will appear
Just convert the welding database in EXCEL format to Word format – there are similar issues online, and the solution is to use mail merge
