In my work, I often need to create single-line diagrams of pipelines, and CAD isn’t very useful for this task. Are there any better software options? Also, could you help figure out what software was used to create the image below?

Both PDS and PDMS can generate graphs like this, but yours doesn’t seem to have been produced by any of these software programs

This is probably a software used by the construction party, whose main function is to mark the weld spot numbers; it differs from the single-line diagrams produced by 3D software.
It’s not a drawing produced by 3D software; it’s a diagram of weld points prepared by the construction party
