Error in calling Aspen from DOS batch file bat

Hello, my friends. For research purposes, I want to use the Isight software to call Aspen Plus for optimization simulations. Following some tutorials, I used Aspen to create the ***.inp file, and I also created a ***.bat file in the same folder. However, after double-clicking the bat file, ***.out was not generated; instead, an error occurred. I tried versions V8.4 and V10 using two computers, but neither attempt was successful. But the method should be fine; a friend said it worked on his computer. So I would like to ask what the reason for the error on my end is?
