Someone sent me a CAD file, and when I tried to open it, a pop-up appeared saying that an educational version of the software was detected. Now, every time I try to open any CAD file, this pop-up shows up – it’s really annoying
Save as fx? It’s a suffix of some kind; just open the file and save it, that’s all. When saving as, make sure to check the name of the suffix.
Save it as a DXF file, then open that DXF file and save it as a DWG file – and the problem will be gone. . . It’s really annoying; there are also stamps indicating the educational version when printing
