CaesarII calculation report shows a secondary allowable stress of 0

I recently switched from Youyi to C2, and after going through a series of issues, I was finally able to perform the calculations successfully. However, I eventually ran into a problem that couldn’t be solved: the secondary stress in the calculation report came out to 0. I searched for this issue on forums, and other users had also encountered it, but even by following their advice, I was still unable to overcome this problem. This is a model created casually; the image is as follows: When specifying the pipe material, select A53 Gr.A, and all the material parameters are displayed automatically as shown in the image. Moreover, the allowable stress value per calculation report is available, and it was successfully determined that the stress was unqualified. But the allowable value for secondary stress is 0.
