NPSH of the pump installation

The net positive suction head available for the pump is 17.2932 m. How is this value calculated? Is the effective net positive suction head of a device generally referred to as the clear water height? It still refers to the medium density; the inlet pressure of this pump is 0.07 MpaG
I have always thought that, when considering the same medium and under the same temperature and density conditions, the net positive suction head of a pump, the maximum suction lift at the pump inlet, and the maximum suction vacuum at the pump inlet are equivalent when converted to the same units.
For example, should the inlet pressure of a pump be based on the density of the medium?
