The choice of heat exchanger nozzles caused problems, but using larger nozzles, such as those around 150 in diameter, would work (for both the shell side and tube side). However, the diameter specified in the process calculations is 25, which is much too small. What to do? PS: The nozzle diameter was already checked using SW6, and 25 is acceptable
How is the pipe diameter selected? It indicates that the voltage drop is too high
