Problem with layer control in the PDSOFT model

Gentle experts, I have a question regarding the use of PDSoft. This month, I’ve been using PDSoft at the construction site to view the models of engineering equipment and pipelines sent by the design office. The most common practice is to frequently turn off layers that are not in use, in order to see the layout and positioning of certain pipelines. This morning, I found that the “Layer Control” function was not working. When I clicked on the “Layer Control” icon, my computer showed a message saying “Scanning file,” and then there was a long wait; clicking on other menus and commands had no effect either. After canceling with Esc, other commands can be used, and no abnormalities were observed with those commands. Now, the layer function I use most often is not working, so I can no longer turn layers on and off quickly and conveniently. Have you come across this situation before? What’s going on? How to solve it?
It’s really frustrating! It’s not possible to turn off the layers, which makes it difficult to view the entire graphic; there are too many pipelines everywhere. Please give me some advice and help.
