Unable to call EDR

Aspen is unable to call EDR, with the error message “Unable to create the Aspen Plus data extraction component, DATAEXTRACT.OLEINTERFACE.37.0.” I try to import data into EDR, but after entering all the data and running it, warnings & messages appear; on the shell&tube page everything shows as “all”, with nothing else displayed. I would like to ask the experts what is causing this problem – is it my computer that’s the issue?
This issue is usually caused by a problem with the integration between Aspen Plus and Aspen EDR. Possible reasons include: 1. Installation issues: Aspen Plus or Aspen EDR may not have been installed correctly, or the versions of the two are incompatible. 2. Registration issue: The data extraction component may not have been registered correctly in the system. 3.
