Our factory uses fluidized bed granulation technology, with the nozzle divided into 3 chambers. The first chamber contains 4 groups of nozzles, with 19 nozzles in each group. The second and third chambers have 3 groups of nozzles, with 20 nozzles in each group. Does anyone know why there are 19 members in each group in the first room instead of 20?

You use Hydrotreating fluidized bed granulation technology; the bed level in the first chamber is low and the particles are small, so there is one fewer nozzle per group in the first chamber. 10 sets of nozzles, 196 in total – is your production capacity 520,000 tons?

It’s the same on both the front and back sides here; there are also three chambers, with three groups of nozzles in each chamber. Each group consists of 22 nozzles, with no difference in quantity. Design a production capacity of 2,000 tons per day!
In each of our groups, it’s the same situation: as long as material is fed through the nozzle at the first chamber and into the first group, a lot of urea lumps accumulate on the wall at that location. Could it be related to the height of the seed feeding port?
It’s related to distance – the nozzle is too close to the wall of the feed inlet. It is also possible to consult the design firm to raise the seed feed inlet in order to enhance fluidization
