Last week, the sales of methanol in Inner Mongolia were average, and prices in the consumer market continued to fall; it is expected that prices will drop to around 1,350 yuan per ton this week. Quotations in Henan’s methanol market have declined. The quotes from key enterprises in Henan have been reduced; the reference price at the factory is 1,500–1,560 yuan per ton in cash ； Quotations in the Luoyang market are around 1,520 yuan per ton in cash; buyers are waiting to see what happens, and business discussions are slow. In the methanol market in southern Shandong, the prevailing offer price has dropped by 20 yuan per ton, to around 1580 yuan per ton in cash terms; actual prices can be negotiated. In Linyi, the price for locally sourced goods is around 1550–1560 yuan per ton, without invoices, and there is currently no supply available through logistics. At the beginning of the week, most people adopted a wait-and-see attitude, and the market atmosphere was average.
