At 19:16 on April 20, 2025, the three methamine production units of Anhua Group’s Jiutian Company produced qualified methamine products, marking the completion of the entire original operating process for these three units. The test drive was safe and environmentally friendly, with no accidents, and it was successful on the first attempt. At present, all the operating parameters of Anhua Group’s 100,000-ton methamine project are within the standard range, and the equipment is operating normally and stably. To ensure the smooth progress of the trial operation, technical personnel at all levels of Anhua Group strictly followed the work guidelines of \"focusing on key points, developing detailed plans, and clarifying responsibilities\" to organize the entire operation process meticulously. Starting from April 9, preparations were made to use nitrogen for heating in order to produce high-quality products, with the entire process proceeding safely, under control, and efficiently. According to the staff from the Production Management Department, system optimizations will be carried out in the future to ensure a stable supply of utility services and the proper operation of all processing equipment. Anhua Group’s 100,000-ton methamine project is an expansion based on the existing facility. Using liquid ammonia and methanol as raw materials, a 100,000-ton/year methylamine production line is built via the \"methanol and ammonia gas-phase catalytic method\". Construction began in September 2022, and the machinery was installed in January 2024. The project with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of methylamine is both a key construction project for Anyang City and Anhua Group, as well as a project aimed at the transformation and upgrading of Anhua Company. It is funded by Jiu Tian Chemicals, a Singapore-based listed company, using its own capital; the total investment in the project amounts to 360 million yuan, with a construction period of 12 months. This project is an expansion based on the existing facility; it aims to build a 100,000-ton/year methamine production line using liquid ammonia and methanol as raw materials, employing the \"catalytic gas-phase reaction of methanol and ammonia\" process. The construction includes one 100,000 tons per year methamine production unit, along with supporting facilities such as rainwater monitoring and lift stations, initial rainwater tanks, and sewage treatment plants. Other public auxiliary projects rely on Anyang Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd.
