Questions regarding the filling of ammonia water at atmospheric pressure in open-top tank trucks

Our company produces and sells ammonia water as a by-product. The tank trucks used to transport this ammonia water have open tops, with two manholes – one for filling the ammonia water and another for venting gas. Every time loading takes place, the odor of ammonia is very strong at the site, which does not meet the required standards. I would like to ask companies that use similar systems: how can they address the issue of ammonia leakage when dealing with tank trucks that carry ammonia water at atmospheric pressure and have open tops? Is there any special type of hose for this purpose?

We are facing the same problem; it seems to be the case across the ammonia industry these days – the ammonia storage tanks are not sealed and remain open
We plan to try using the flexible hose like the one above
Personally, I think it’s possible to divert the liquid to a temporary storage point for drainage, or to a tank in order to control the ammonia concentration in that tank.
The opening can be covered with a cotton curtain, and the ammonia gas that emerges can be suppressed by spraying water on it
